Flagship can proudly claim that all of its counselors are certified ‘Global Career Counsellors’ under the University of California LA (UCLA) Extension. We aim to continuously upgrade the knowledge and skill set of our counselors to ensure that they are a cut above the rest when it comes to adding value to our clients’ decision-making. Flagship follows the ‘National Code of Ethical Practice for UK Education Agents' (referred to as ‘the National Code’), which sets out the standards and best practices that education agents and aggregator agents representing UK education providers are expected to adhere to. Flagship believes in creating tailor-made solutions for its customers. Contrary to the saying, our team knows one size does not fit all. Our counselors carry out comprehensive research and ensure that every solution is customised to best meet the client’s specific goals. Flagship assists students in breaking down their barriers, enabling them to express their education and career aspirations, dreams, and concerns. We provide personalised attention to each student, aiding them in making informed decisions. Our commitment to staying connected with our students extends beyond their departure for studies abroad. As the Founder of Flagship International, Jessica Patnaik has transformed her passion for education into a visionary platform for global guidance. She is a certified Global Career Counsellor by UCLA, a UCAS Agent and Counsellor affiliated with the British Council, IC3 Certified (having completed the Embark, Enrich, and Empower courses through the IC3 Institute), and an ICCC Certified Career Counsellor through Mindler.
With a presence across 15+ countries, Flagship International reflects Jessica's commitment to reshaping education and career counseling in India and beyond. Over a distinguished 17-year career, Jessica has served as a global career counselor, educator, mentor, and advocate, empowering students to make informed academic and professional choices. Her work has guided countless learners toward purposeful, successful futures.
